OpenRRP: Create an OpenScPCA issue for module activities #158

Related to #153 and #154, we'll want to have an open issue in OpenScPCA-analysis to scaffold the module activity & demonstration. This issue tracks creating that other issue.

My sense is #154 will decide the scope of the analysis, and we can write the issue using the "New analysis module" issue template based on that content.

We're going to instead use an existing issue for this, so we don't need this issue anymore.
