This PR just has some very very small instructor notes updates to simplify things for us! Most notably:
Updates to the UNIX activity to be more tailored to the current WSL experience, and to be a little less prescriptive with directory navigation as long as we hit the main points
Updates to the fastq activity - I added a section with all the commands for an easier time copy/pasting
