The OpenScPCA Setup module took longer than expected. We may want to modify the schedule to allow for more time if we do this again in the future. It took about 2 hours to complete.
We also might consider doing some of the Conda slides that are related to setup before OpenScPCA Setup.

Additional scheduling observations -

Analysis modules part 1 took ~35 min
Analysis modules part 2 took ~45 min
- We also showed using conda-lock before doing S3 syncing, but we did not show dealing with pre-commit fail. Edit: we circled back and did pre-commit after a short coffee break, and it took about 5-7 min

Code review slides took about 20 minutes, and the Ewings issue/PR tour also took about 15-20 minutes
