Summary:
- users can edit, archive (unarchive), and delete resources
- Edit: Users should be able to edit all the fields, except accessions and URLS if the resource is imported. Users cannot edit request requirements for a resource it has open requests.
- Archive: Don't allow users to archive (or delete) if the resource has open requests in either new or in review status. If it is already approved or any of the states that come after it, then they should be able to archive it. Users could have run out of material and probably no longer can take requests.
- Delete: Removes the resource entirely from the portal. User cannot delete a resource if it has been requested.
- Provide additional details about the resource like request history.

I have some clinical data which I would like to make available through this portal. My PI insists on being able to review the requests with our collaborator. I would like requesters to submit an abstract of their work when they request for the data. I want to give my PI and collaborator access to the requests and the abstracts, so we can review them together.
