Does CrossRef have PMID? #31

Context

High-fi design review for publications tab on resources page.

Problem or idea

A desire exists to link out to the PMID. We're not sure of crossref records have this already.

Solution or next step

Find a paper on pubmed. Get the DOI. Look up the DOI in crossref. Is there a field for PMID?

I don't think so by default. This looks for @jaclyn-taroni's MultiPLIER paper: https://api.crossref.org/works/10.1016/j.cels.2019.04.003/

NIH appears to maintain an API for this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/pmctopmid/
