Fix Build Error #981

The fixes include: (package.json)

update react, react-com, react-parser, eslint versions
add @babel/preset-react for runtime (babelrc.js)
include @babel/preset-react preset (eslint)
remove duplicated rule
disable requireConfigFile for fix import (other)
replace HTML5 element with the NextJS built-in Head component in _document
destructure the ‘search’ prop in the Search component

Our next step should be (in the future):

add script "next lint" in package.json for linting
resolve any linting issue locally

Vercel should be deplyed, thank you!
