Closes #106 This PR adds information about CITE-seq processing into the portal docs (along with some misc typo/wording fixes), based on work done in:

Any feedback about the level of detail I've added or whether I've missed a spot is great here! I'm opening this as a draft only because normalization details may change during review of the code itself, and I'll mark this as formally ready for review once the code is finalized. In the meantime feel free to poke around and leave feedback as needed!

Self-review! Make sure to add this to docs in the SCE contents section: https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/325/files#r1198892919

EDIT: done in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-docs/pull/110/commits/28427f6d2ec925d26bd68760f380b3f705e929a3

Thanks for the feedback here! I've implemented changes as suggested, but I'm not entirely sold by my wording in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-docs/pull/110/commits/1440679cb499339a00ec61228ab74955cd4226bf if you have other thoughts!
