Add `highly_variable_adts` to docs #119

Part of the changes in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/343 include added a metadata variable highly_variable_adts into SCEs with CITEseq. This is simply a vector of the highly variable ADTs. We need to document this new variable (assuming it sticks around after https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/343 review!) in sce_file_contents.md.
