Document celltype_methods metadata field #133

In https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/422, we're adding a field in (edit) the *processed (well, for now it's still in the annotated file, but these will be 1 file soon) SCE metadata celltype_methods which is a vector of method(s) used for celltyping. At this time, values are \in "cellassign" and "singler".

We'll want to document this in the SCE contents md file.
