Once we finalize how exactly we are storing the cell type annotations, we will want to ensure the docs describing the SCE contents (and AnnData) are up to date. This should include:
where the annotations live in the SCE object (colData) and what the column names are
where the full results from cell typing live (metadata)
where the information for cell typing methods and references used live (metadata)
