Add a note about including download dates in directory names of downloads in the Downloadable files section #172

We're appending dates to the top-most directory in downloads, e.g., if you downloaded SCPCP00001 on Halloween 🎃, you'd get SCPCP00001_2023-10-31 in your download.

To let users know, we should add a short note in the Downloadable files documentation at the end of the first paragraph!
