The downloads from the ScPCA Portal will soon include a few improvements:

The README section will now cover how to cite the ScPCA Portal itself
The download date will be included in the root directory of the download when uncompressed

We should include a CHANGELOG entry, which I expect to be merged into documentation-improvements, that covers these updates to downloadable files.
