Expand sample_metadata documentation with is_xenograft/cell_line #227

We recently added sample metadata is_xenograft and is_cell_line to the sample metadata file. These (edit, spelling) columns will get added to the sce's metadata sample_metadata dataframe. We'll want to document them here:
