Based on changes in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/662/commits/c8364a1274a1f3db26fefd1d7877a83aad83aa76#diff-ebc8278a409c56e4a1cb2f282a109062be67a349c3cf22c2db5e69dccd204f92, I added a quick sentence that we* only run CellAssign if there are at least 30 cells. Is this enough, or should we give a tiny bit of "why"?
