Add additional adt rowData column to docs

This issue may or may not be needed, but in case it is, let's open it!

In https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/666, we may be adding a new adt altExp rowData column that holds the adt names so they aren't only stored as row names. If/when we add this column, we'll want to add it to sce_file_contents.md and merged_objects.md accordingly.

This column is indeed getting added as adt_name.
