Docs release: adding portal-wide metadata #351

Purpose

This docs release adds a description of the portal-wide metadata, including updates to the changelog.

Also included are updates to the alevin-fry publication, but that did not seem worthy of a changelog entry. Correct me if I am wrong there!

Oh, and changes to spellcheck workflow.

I have added a sentence about demultiplexed sample counts as a temporary way to address #898

With the changes made and ready for deploy according to @davidsmejia, this should be all set for review by @jaclyn-taroni with the final change to today's date.
