We need a CHANGELOG entry that accounts for the following:

Removal of sample_cell_count_estimate (#354)
Change from sample_cell_estimate to new demux_sample_cell_estimate (also changes values; see #355)

This should also include information about standardizing fusion nomenclature using the recommendations from https://www.nature.com/articles/s41375-021-01436-6
