From a previous comment in #34, we should go through and make sure any code chunks that were added have the language indicated.
One last little set of suggestions (which really expands beyond this PR, but we can probably address here) is that we should designate the language for code chunks. I just checked with RTD builds, and it can make a minor difference for recognizing and coloring code.
