Section: Download files #6

Talk about what user can expect in their download files and how it is structured.

Probably also needs illustration of the file structure.

Based on our conversation in the scpca standing meeting, we may also want to include some basic R and python code on how to read in these files in this section.

This came up in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-docs/pull/20#issuecomment-938199025 as I was thinking about where we are going to mention file types. Are we going to have a section of the documentation devoted to what is included in the download? Or is this better suited to be in a FAQ along the lines of "What files can I expect with my download?"

I think sci team should plan to do everything except the illustration this sprint.
