Getting started with multiplexed samples #74

Add information about getting started with the multiplexed samples to the Getting Started. We want to make sure we cover how to filter to a sample of interest.

We're going to link to this section from the download modals for multiplexed samples. The first part needs to reiterate what a multiplex sample is (#77).
