Now that we have initiated the Snakemake workflow for the data integration module, we want to add documentation on how to run this workflow.
What are the changes that you are proposing?
Add a README.md file to the optional-integration-analysis subdirectory. This file should contain the information on the required and integration-specific parameters, the integration specific config file, and how to run the workflow with and without changing the default parameters.
