Add expected input and output sections to integration docs

We will want to include expected input and expect output sections in the integration module documentation, like we do in the other modules.

Add expected input and expected output sections to the optional-integration-analysis/README.md file.

Please describe the proposed solution.

We will want to include a section with details on each of the expected input parameters for the integration analysis workflow, as well as a section with details on each of the expected output files from the integration workflow.
