When genetic demultiplexing (#33) is done (or sooner), we should add documentation about any special notes on files created by the demultiplexing workflow. This will include notes about the internal files that will be added, and most likely a note on the folder names for multiplexed samples.
There will also be an additional config setting/file required to describe cellhash barcodes, which will need to be described.
