Prep for v0.7.2 #680

This PR prepares all of the changes that we want to include in v0.7.2. This release includes:

UMAP/ cell type report adjustments

I also updated the version numbers throughout. I'm filing this as a draft for now since I want to make sure a run completes successfully.
