Replace `fishpond` with `eds` #277

We currently require fishpond, which was used to improve read speed for alevin files. However, that functionality seems to have moved to the eds package. I do not believe we use any other functionality of the fishpond package, so we should update the requirements (or suggestions) to use eds instead and update the renv accordingly.
