We list a bunch of files for non-human organisms and at the moment we only link:
So we're missing the long indices. Because we now cover tximeta, we don't need the tx2gene files for other organisms (for bulk RNA-seq, anyway). This is to say: we need the short and long indices for human, mouse, zebrafish, and dog.

I got ahead of myself here. We use ~/shared-data in that documentation, not index/<organism> so this is unecessary!
