Material swap: Update cheatsheets #682

As we head into May 2023's intro scRNAseq workshop, we're rearranging some topics. We'll be moving the pathway analysis day to advanced, and moving the cell typing to intro.

For this issue, we'll want to swap cheatsheet content accordingly:

[x] move cell-typing functions/packages to intro
[x] move pathway functions/packages to advanced.
[x] Find/clean up any potentially now-deprecated functions, and add anything that is obviously missing.
- Make sure to add fs::dir_create()

I had not fully appreciated that all of the pathway content is actually in its own cheatsheet, I imagine due to bulk RNAseq origins. Perhaps we just leave that aspect as is..!

Note to make sure that emptyDropsCellRanger() is in scRNA-seq intro.
