This PR updates screenshots and some of the text in the posting-errors-guidelines.md. One Choice™️ I made here was to use a light background for Slack screenshots, for 2 reasons:
most participants are going to be using slack in its default view, which is likely to be light colored.
new slack UI with dark background is ugly. Maybe this is just my personal take, but I'm the one doing the screenshots, so here we are!
The page overall could be pared down a bit, but I think it's still a useful resource overall, so I kept it all mostly in place. Reviewers, any more spots you catch that would be good to rephrase/rework let me know!
