Closes #151 - slim down Zoom information
For the unused screenshots, I just 1) grep'd all the paths in markdown files, 2) listed all files in screenshots/ directories, and 3) removed anything present in the latter but not former. This is ~73/74~ 72/73 (one file was wrongly removed but has since been restored!) of the files changed.
Any feedback on the Zoom instructions let me know!
