I checked all the links in all the places by serving the site for both "remote" and "in-person" configurations and systematically clicking. I fixed where necessary, and I did made some wording tweaks along the way.

Note that there is currently one correct 404 link - In the posting errors markdown, this link does not work since this file organization is not yet reflected in main, but it will work after this epic; if you replace the branch with template-refresh, it's fine).
**Step 2)** Copy over the [`wget` template script]({{site.repository_url}}/tree/main/additional-resources/template-scripts/wget-TEMPLATE.sh).
Edit - forgot to say that I also did a recreational revision....... renamed software-installation.md -> software-setup-instructions.md and updated relative links accordingly, since that's really a much better name for the file given the content it ended up with.
