This workshop adds some more setup instructions into the README. From what I can currently tell, all instructions are equally suited to both internal and external instructors so I ended up removing the "explicit" external section placeholder. So, I wonder if we want to circle back again and link some of the pending external docs coming up in training-modules?
The goal for review here this is to make sure instructions broadly make sense for someone else, so please ensure that these instructions provide sufficient information for you to successfully carry out all the steps up until but excluding those under "Local development." Any rewording or spots that might benefit from a screenshot let me know!
