Feature Request (Config to remove Soulbound enchantment)

I would love to see a config to remove the Soulbound enchantment as there are already 47 other mods that add it and many of them are configurable.

You can remove the apparatus recipe via datapack, it can't be obtained via classic enchanting. It can be found on loot chests but next update will have a config to disable that.
