Add /sleepin command to delay lights by an hour #2

Test will be over the next few days to see if it works. If it does I will close.

Did not work but realized on of the Nodes was not configured correctly. Fix has been implemented

Been working for a week, not ready to close yet, the testing continues!

Delay part did not work. Did a full rework. Testing commences once again over the next week
