Starting at 11:30pm, check for my phone on the WIFI every 10-15minutes. If I am not on the WIFI for two checks straight then this system will wait until I am on WIFI and text Abby that I am home. This is to prevent Abby from getting texts when I am home on time and she will only get texts when I get home after being out really late
