Python -> 3.9.0 #28

I'm getting a warning (after updating to 2021.11.05): "Support for the running Python version 3.8.9 is deprecated and will be removed in Home Assistant 2022.1. Please upgrade Python to 3.9.0 or higher."

Is there an easy way to have the scripts to just use a local python installation (vs. the one packaged in the .zip file)?

If it were easy, HassWP would not exist :) 3.9.0 doesn't support win7 :(

+1 for this feature request. Especially if 3.9 also allows for bluetooth functionality.

And @AlexxIT, thank you so much for this portable version of Home Assistant. It already is extremely useful for me!

I plan to support Python 3.9 from Hass 2022 But need to wait latest 2022.2 minor version
