Sonoff mini R2 error #1174

Hi!

My Sonoff Mini R2 worked for a month in DIY mode, and now i cannot find why it doesn't work anymore in HA. I see it in the list, but cannot control. If i click to switch it on or off it grays out.

This is what i see in the log, but don't know what's the IP 192.168.1.200, i never used that address and i cannot find anything in my router with this IP. HA server address is 192.168.1.100 from the beginning.

How can i debug the root of this error?

Sonoff integration latest master Home Assistant 2023.4.6 Supervisor 2023.04.0 Operating System 10.0

Reboot (power off): Sonoff device, Hass server, WiFi router. And check again
