Missing "remove/abort/unselect" entity_id in add integrity dialog #1

When I choice to use entity_id, but then I would like to use url there is no way to provide empty entity_id

This is Hass GUI problem. You can unselect entity. But GUI won't send it to integration.

But anyway integration will use URL first. If URL empty - it will use entity.
