Hi,

I quite new in this setup. I have Eufy doorbell that is just configured through the normale Homebase ( i use bropats software to get the snapshot of the stream, i can't stream permanently still through out home assistant. )

If i do the same with the new camera i bought Homebase S380 and the camera's 3c they will stop streaming after 5 minutes. After disabling and enabling rtsp inside the camera options, the streams comes back.

I have to do this multiple times in order to keep the streams alive. Error after 5 minutes :

'Wrong response on describe' Is there a way to fix or automate this? I am trying to find the same camera's and issues from other users. But i don't seem to find an answer yet , so that is why i created this issue.

You need to provide more information how you setup this stream. Some cameras like Nest or other battery doorbells opens stream only for 5 first minutes.

Also using Eufy with a Solocam indoor C24 and the Eufy HA Integration, just got MSE: Wrong response on describe on the initial stream. Solved it by accessing the stream in the Eufy app, then returned to HA. After that, stream starts normally. I can also resolve it by clicking the error message on the Lovelace card and then trying again. When I do, the stream switches to RTC.

Never mind, it appears the Eufy HA integration is responsible, restarting that resolved the MSE: error.

You are using both WebRTC and Eufy security addons? I have also the same error like in the topic but with eufyCam 2c cams. It is strange that if I test the cam link on VLC app, it runs without any issues but for a limited time, this seems to be also a limitation from eufy. I have contacted their support to find out. If this is the case then an automation to restart the stream after 2-3 minutes could be a hack to simulate continous playback.

I just received info from anker support team that they do not support continous rtsp playback
