Digital PTZ doesn't work #535

I can't get the digital PTZ to work. I've tried on a Macbook using Google Chrome and on my phone through the companion app (Android). This is my full config:

I'm using a Eufy Indoor Pan & Tilt 2k.

To be clear, the "normal" panning is working. I would like to be able to zoom in as well.

Are you sure what digital zoom means? This works inside browser video player and doesn't depends on camera. Are you sure you using latest integration version and clear browser cache?
