Update Zigbee device firmware #1199

Hi I have a lumi.switch.b2laus01 which I belive could update firmware ota. Been use service: xiaomi_gateway3.send_command follow this link https://github.com/AlexxIT/XiaomiGateway3/wiki/Advanced-commands-to-Gateway.

Web noti show Xiaomi Gateway 3 {'id': 1101795034, 'result': ['ok']} but seem the switch firmware not update.

Please help.
