add device support #1266

There is a new device. It is a human body sensor. The model is izq.sensor_occupy.trio. He is connected through wifi. The current software does not support it. Can you help to add adaptation? Thank you very much.

You need to enable debug logs and check converters for other similar devices.

Currently he can't connect to XiaomiGateway3 so I can't give logs, but I connected through Xiaomi Miot Auto. But because it can only set polling every 1s, there will be a delay, so Xiaomi Miot Auto is not good to use. It may be because it is connected directly through wifi and does not go through the Xiaomi gateway, so the device cannot be detected. The following is the device information read by Xiaomi Miot Auto.

这个只能连接到蓝牙和zigbee吧，其他的不支持

据说这种带分区功能的人在传感器，因为数据量较大，走蓝牙mesh和zigbee会不稳定，只能走wifi。所以估计得等到有支持matter的出来后才能接进ha
