Xiaomi Gateway 3 as extender? #1490

I don't know if it's possible, but could I use Xiaomi Gateway 3 as zigbee signal extender from main gateway SkyConnect? Something like zigbee sockets are.

If you can find someone to create such firmware for the zigbee chip. And then write the logic of pairing with a third-party network - it is possible. The chances of finding such a person are extremely low. Those who can do it are not interested.
