Ktbl11lm why it not in supporting list #994

Can be added support of ktbl11lm in future updates?

Aqara Air Conditioner P3 has same hardware like Xiaomi Multimode Gateway (gw3) and probably can be supported. But I don't have this device and don't have any plans to buy it. You can try to support it yourself.
