onvif doesn't have the add stream button only test #1222

Hi, I have tested the go2rtc on version 1.9.4 with reolink RLC-511WA i only get the test button. It is tested successfully but I dont see the add button.

Not sure if this is a bug or am doing something stupid.

There is no add button for ONVIF source. You should manually add right source to the config page.
