Updated fork at `highlight.svelte`

Hi, it seems that this project is not maintained any more. So I've created an updated fork at highlight.svelte.

Improvements:

• Typescript support for lang="ts" scripts
• Svelte 5 new syntax (runes) support
• Better API with highlight.js as per these requests

With that all being said, thanks @AlexxNB, if you guys are willing, i can add back those improvements to this project. Cheers!
