Cooldowns are 3 times faster than expected #122

I've been noticing this bug for a week now, but I can't seem to find anyone else having this problem.

My Bot runs on a Proxmox VM with Debian Buster 10 via PM2. Using the "Cooldown: '1h'" option in any command, results in an actual Cooldown of 20 minutes. I'm also using MongoDB on the same machine and the bot is correctly connected to it.

Any ideas?

I have a same problem, i set my cooldown to 15s but i can use the command like 2seconds later. Anyone have a fix on this?
