How add language or translate? I'm Brazilian/Portuguese. Congratulations.

Hey, this does support a couple languages, although pt is not a part of them, yet(?). I recommend taking a look on how other languages work here https://github.com/AlfHou/hammond/blob/master/ui/src/locales/de.json and maybe you can translate. Cheers!
