Deploy gnosis SAFE in Polygon using CLI #1

We need to deploy a gnosis SAFE on the polygon network using CLI, as per instructions in the single txt file in the repo.

This is to rescue some funds that got locked in the polygon network.

Looking for someone with experience in using CLI to deploy on chain.

Plan is to organize a 30min call so expert can guide us step by step.
