I checked all fonts , it does not appear as reported

Not a rendering issue, kasrah (ِ) can be written and is written in some writing styles as below the shaddah (ّ)

The same script (Uthmani Hafs) is rendering differently on different Android versions. Perhaps, it is rendering issue on those with older HarfBuzz library.

I think it is font issues in my mobile. Can you tell me how to fix it? And how to add more font. I can't download from app it's show error and all font looks same to me. I attached all the files down. I hope it will help.Thanks
