Navbar not sticky on scroll #437

The navbar is currently not sticky, meaning it does not stay at the top of the page when scrolling down. This impacts the user experience, as users need to scroll back up to access navigation options. Adding a sticky behavior would improve usability, allowing the navbar to remain visible and accessible as users navigate through the page.
